Keywords:Divertor heat flux, Thermocouple, Primary delay model

We have developed time dependent heat flux estimation models, which solves inverse heat conduction problem for estimation of heat flux onto plasma facing materials target. Target temperature is monitored with thermocouples (TC) and, in order to obtain fast response, effective size of the sensor was reduced. Constructed sensor, however, shows slow TC signal, which delays expected temperature response for real discharge pulse. This delay comes from TC system and is the common problem for all TC measurement. In this work, cause for this delay will be discussed.
