We are studying the fundamental mechanism of aerosol production during the laser cutting in the nuclear decommissioning relevant to the nuclear debris retrieval. We observed aerosols from the fiber laser irradiated Ziroconia and other materials using a high speed camera. After the experiment, we also observed fine particles withan electron microscope. These result is analyzed and physical interpretation will be reported.
