[1F09] Implicit scheme implemented to the spectral calculations for nonlinear hyperbolic evolution equations

Implicit scheme is applied to the precise calculation code based on the pseudo-spectral method. Consequently, the scheme is shown to hold both stability and precision. It is also shown that the duration time of calculation is well controlled by chosing the resulting precision of calculation.
