(12) Representative dose reduction factors and their ranges for wooden houses by the air dose rate around each house and their sources of the variation

Since 2012, we have been continuously measuring air dose rates in and around residential houses within former and current evacuation areas. Representative dose reduction factors and their ranges are obtained based on the results of plotting the dose reduction factors for wooden houses before and 5-8 years after decontamination against the air dose rate around each house. The causes of the variation in dose reduction factors are discussed.
