It is thought that the stainless steel of pressure vessels and the zirconium alloy of nuclear fuel tube melt into the fuel debris at Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant. We investigated existence form of iron and zirconium in the simulated fuel debris by using Mössbauer spectroscopy , XRD and SEM analysis.
