To perform safely and securely a decommissioning task in a worksite, we have developed an estimation system of radioactive sources and dose rates. The estimation system consists of a system of an inverse problem analysis for detecting radioactive sources and a database system containing information about environmental data, which are the structure of objects and dose rate obtained by a measurement in the worksite. In the system, the environmental data is one of the key factors, and an increase in the data update rate is useful for improving the processing efficiency of the system. This paper describes difference extraction by automatic synchronization between the environmental data for improving the data update rate.
