Keywords:High Mn-Ni-Si RPV model alloys, Ion Irradiation, MNS precipitates

To investigate the details of Mn-Ni-Si clusters evolution in reactor pressure vessel (RPV) steels, Fe-4.6wt.%Ni-1.7wt.%Mn-0.7wt.%Si alloys were irradiated by 2.8 MeV Fe ions at 573K up to 0.3 and 0.9 dpa at the dose rate of 10-4 dpa/s. There are no large secondary phases precipitates (below 10nm) observed by instant TEM. Heterogeneity of MNS distribution, that looks like a decomposition and/or columned precipitates were observed in the dosage of 0.9dpa by atom probe tomography. More information of other specimens is expected in the future.
