Feイオン照射とHeイオン照射で粒界に偏析とキャビティを生じさせたステンレス鋼とそのモデル合金の粒界部を室温で超微小引張試験し、偏析のないHeイオン照射材と比較した結果、照射誘起偏析と粒界キャビティの形成が重畳することで粒界キャビティ単独よりも粒界破壊が促進されることが示唆された。
