[2I08] Development of a rapid measurement method for environmental tritium concentration

In order to analyze tritium in seawater organisms, tissue free water tritium and organically bound tritium are analyzed separately. To separate the sample, the sample is frozen in advance, placed in a container, and sublimated with tissue free water by depressurizing it. Sublimated tissue free water is collected by cooling. In this presentation, we have fabricated a freeze vacuum drying device that can separate 10 samples simultaneously, and we have examined the optimal conditions.
