[2N02] GENERATION OF FLAT-LASER COMPTON SCATTERING GAMMA-RAY BEAM IN UVSOR: Simulation Study

Laser Compton Scattering Gamma-ray Beam with a flat energy spectrum and spatial distribution while collimating the beam size to a small size has been developed to improve isotope selective CT imaging using nuclear resonance fluorescence in UVSOR beamline BL1U. We will present our motivation for the development of the F-LCS beam, and generation method by simulation study using EGS5.
