[3G04] Uncertainty quantification of calculated nuclear material inventory caused by manufacturing tolerance of nuclear fuel

Uncertainty of calculated nuclear material inventory caused by manufacturing tolerance was quantified using OECD/NEA UAM benchmark and random sampling method, in which each manufacturing tolerance parameter was treated independently. As a result, the uncertainties due to manufacturing tolerance are approximately half of those due to nuclear data.
