[3I05] Why are young people more positive about the use of nuclear power generation than older people?

We conducted a web-based survey of people in their 20s and people in their 60s. Generational differences in attitudes toward nuclear power, degree of contact with news, interest in social information, general awareness, and values were identified. We analyzed the relationship between these items (factors) and attitudes toward the use of nuclear power, and identified factors that could explain why people in their 20s are more positive about the use of nuclear power than people in their 60s. Furthermore, we analyzed whether the identified factors were related to the degree of contact with news.
