This study investigates a relationship between information and social acceptance of nuclear wastes, geological disposal, and energy technologies including nuclear by means of a survey experiment and statistical methods. Especially, we create two groups for the presence or absence of nine information provisions for energy and environment. The effect of the information on the social acceptance is analyzed by a randomized control trial. The information induces an attitudinal transformation with respect to social acceptance of nuclear energy and waste. The information also tends to enhance an acceptance of geological disposal. In addition, we examine an effect of each information on the attitudinal transformation by using a binary logistic model. The transformation for intergenerational equity depends on relatively many information.
