[1C01] The effect of gaseous cesium molybdate on the oxidation behavior of zircaloy-4 in steam

The oxidation of zircaloy-4 is studied at the temperature of 1000 and 1100 °C for 1-9 hours in steam with the presence of cesium molybdate. The oxidation zone depths are observed and measured by SEM-EDS. In addition, the possible reaction and the diffusion of cesium molybdate on/in zircaloy-4 are analyzed.
