As a technology for removing α nuclide that elutes in the cooling water at fuel debris retrieval of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station, a batch type adsorption method which is adding powder adsorbent to the buffer tank of water treatment equipment was investigated. In this study, the adsorption rate of iron particles which attached americium to the powder adsorbent was obtained in test, and the adsorption behavior was investigated.
