冷却速度を変えて調製した種々の組成の(U,Zr)O2のTEM/EDS微細組織観察を実施した。(U,Zr)O2において、およそ600℃/分の急冷では相分離は見られず、10℃/分の徐冷ではUリッチ相とZrリッチ相への相分離が見られた。
