In decommissioning, it is important to characterize of small particules. However, it is difficult to measure isotope ratios from the fine particles and visualize isotope distribution. The developed isotope micro-imaging apparatus can analyze each isotope with maximam lateral resolution about 40 nm. Specifications of this system and examples of analysis will be presented.
