The nuclide separation methods have been developing as a pretreatment for high precise and accurate analyzes of actinides in spent fuels and nuclear fuel debris by using mass-spectrometry such as ICP-MS/MS. of actinides is required as a pretreatment in order to remove the isobaric interference. The separation was performed through chromatography separation by using several types of the solid extractants. ), Americium (Am), Curium (Cm) and Lanthanides elements on several impregnated resins commercially supplied by Triskem International such as TBP, DGA and CMPO resin and discovered the new separation methods of actinides for high accuracy spectrometry analysis.
