(1) Implementation of the Zircaloy-Water Reaction Correlation

The Zircaloy-water reaction model was implemented in the subchannel analysis code COBRA-EN. The calculation results of cladding temperatures for the QUENCH09 test gave the prospect of simulating the measured temperature increase due to the oxidative exothermic reaction.
