[2I08] TOF characteristics of boron-coated straw detectors

Boron-coated straw (BCS) detectors are now under consideration as one of new position-sensitive neutron detectors for public beam lines at J-PARC MLF. To confirm the TOF characteristics of BCS detectors, beam experiments and neutron scattering experiments were carried out. The results will be presented at this meeting.
