We proposed a method to calculate primary fission yield and total kinetic energy of fission fragments using 4D-Langevin model for statistical decay calculation. In this research, we took into account the partition of excitation energy between fission fragments and charge distribution and calculated statistical decay process with nuclear reaction code TALYS. We will report the results of fission yields, prompt neutron multiplicities, and prompt neutron spectra across the incident neutron energy from thermal to 5 MeV.
