[3H08] Proposal of communication models for Institutional Strength in Depth for nuclear safety

In order for Institutional Strength in Depth for nuclear safety to function, the system needs to be rebuilt and communication between actors needs to be made more effective. This study conducted a literature review of existing research on "risk communication" and revealed the existence of challenges, such as improving value similarity. Additionally, I proposed a stakeholder involvement process depending on the characteristics of decision-making and considered its validity.
