Recent developments in radiation monitoring technology based on KURAMA-II will be presented. The presentation includes the current status of robots to visualize soil contamination by radioactive materials at specified reconstruction and revitalization base areas, the application of KURAMA-II in fixed and portable monitoring posts, and the development of a miniaturized KURAMA-II using a single-board computer.
