Fusion neutron source (FNS) produces neutrons of energy around 14 MeV by the reactions of the D beam and liquid Li target. In the facilities, a large amount of radionuclides is produced due to high energy particles. The limited number of investigations in the activation of the impurities in liquid Li targe has been conducted. In this study, an activation calculation was performed for the reaction between deuteron, neutron, and the impurities in the liquid Li with the Monte Carlo code, MCNP, and activation simulation code, FISPACT-II. The results obtained contribute to the radiation safety design for the FNS. This study was included in the IFMIF/EVEDA project.
