Regarding the neutron irradiation characteristics of beryllium, which serves as a neutron multiplier in the fusion blanket, several test modules has been designed in the Fusion Neutron Source, A-FNS. Recently, the effect of thermal neutron scattering law data for beryllium has been reported from European Spallation Source group.In this study, a benchmark test of thermal neutron scattering law data for beryllium was conducted, and the results were applied to the nuclear analysis of the A-FNS test module. The impact of beryllium's thermal neutron scattering law data on the nuclear characteristics of the A-FNS test module was evaluated.
