[1D05] Validation experiments in V&V for shielding analysis codes

In order to deal with the case where the shielding analysis results by Monte Carlo code are shown in the licensing of transportation and storage of spent fuel, we are studying how to evaluate verification and validation (V&V) promptly and appropriately. We will report on the outline of the validation experiments and their results, which is a part of V&V, and details of examination on the utilization of experimental data in V&V.
