Thermal fluid analysis of metal vapor is important because metal vapor generated during the High Energy Arcing Faults (HEAF) has significant thermal damage to its surroundings. In this study, thermal fluid analysis was performed using a fluid analysis code (Ansys Fluent) to expand knowledge on the behavior of Cu vapor generated during HEAF.
