We have developed the spectral determination method (SDM) which is based on the first principle that a radiation spectrum is derived from the sum of radiation spectra of radioactive nuclides included in the sample. The method enables one to reduce considerably chemical separation steps by simultaneous analysis of the multiple radionuclides.
