In this study, it is purpose that of analysing 230MeV/u α-particle incident electric charged particles production double differential cross sections (DDX). We did 230MeV/u α-particle incident experiment. We entered a-particle beam to various target nucleus. Amount of the production electric charged particles from 15° to 60°was measured and DDXs of each targets and angles were calculated. The counter-telescope consisted of Silicon-Semiconductor-Detector ,GSO-scintillator and PWO-scintillator was used as a detector. E-ΔE measurement was used for identification of kinds and energy of product particles. Through above experiment and analysis, we obtained the DXs of electric charged particles p,d,t,3He,α of 230MeV/u α-particle incident reaction into C,Al,Co from 15° to 60°.
