We study dependence of nuclear cross sections induced by 100-200 MeV protons on 12C and 27Al on mean-field (MF) models employed in antisymmetrized molecular dynamics (AMD). We have been elucidated that MF models give rise to a difference of about 500% in heavy-ion induced reactions. In the past, the nucleon-induced reactions at medium energy was treated by the cascade model or QMD, but effect of mean-field was not touched upon there in detail. By the present study, we know that MF gives rise to a significant difference in the prediction of nucleon-induced nuclear reactions, e.g., factor of 5 difference in double-differential (p, xn) reaction.
