Gas flow in exhaust path of divertor is in Knudsen's flow region, where conductance of pipes depends on pressure. Then equation describing pressure distribution is nonlinear. We have developed a pressure distribution calculation method based on linearization. Comparing the calculation result to measurement in a small system, validity of the method is confirmed.
