[3F06] Effect of Ni addition on dislocation loop formation in Fe-Mn alloys

Dislocation loops were formed in ion-irradiated Fe-1.5Mn-xNi alloys (X=0,0.5,1,2) using a TEM to investigate the effect of Ni addition in Fe-Mn alloys for dislocation loop formation.
It is likely that the Ni addition proceeds the formation of fine dislocation loops in Fe-Mn-Ni alloys.
According to the hardness increase estimation based on the Orowan model, Ni addition has a similar promoting effect for both cluster and dislocation loop formation.
