1. Register account by clicking the green button (only appear during the registration period), then log into registration system.
2. Confirm the agreement and check "Agree", then register the presentation from "Registration" button.
3. We accept only credit card payment (VISA or Master) during the late registration. Bank transfer or convenience store payment can only be chosen during the early registration period (November 28 to February 15).
4. Once your registration completes, Registration Number will be issued.
5. Please complete payment by no later than March 28.

*Withdrawals after the presentation registration deadline, the registration fee is required even if you do not attend the Annual Meeting.
*We do not issue invoice.
*The paid fee will not be refunded.
*Supporting Membership reward allows up to one person per supporting membership account to participate at the regular member fee (excluding tax). Application form for the use of "Supporting Member reward" must be submitted(Only Japanese format).

3. Please pay your registration fee by choosing any of the following method of payment.
   • Credit card payment (VISA, Master)
     Please log in to the registration website then process payment online.
   • Bank Transfer
     Please pay the registration fee to the bank account shown on the payment page. You will also receive the payment request
     email which is in Japanese only.
   • Convenience store payment
     Please log in to the registration website to process payment.
4. Once your registration completes, Registration Number will be issued.
5. Payment is available from February 2, 2024 10:00 AM JST to February 15, 2024 5:00 PM JST.
6. Payment due date is Feb. 15, in regardless of the payment method you choose. The system will automatically calculate the due dates depending on the method of payment you choose, however, please disregard such due dates.
7. If we cannot confirm your payment by Feb. 15, we will rescind your early registration.  If you still wish to participate in the meeting, please register during the late registration period.
