The decommissioning training I participated in domestic and overseas training programs (Japan&UK), visited nuclear power plants currently under decommissioning, and exchanged opinions with stakeholders. In this presentation, I will report The attitudes of local residents and workers toward radioactive waste, which is an issue in decommissioning of nuclear facilities and Gender balance in nuclear field.
