[1M04] Cooling performance evaluation of Hamaoka unit 4 turbine building closed cooling water system by Hitachi advanced plant performance diagnosis system

Hitachi is developing the Hitachi Advanced Plant Performance and diagnostic System (HAPPS), which combines nuclear plant design know-how with the Data Validation & Reconciliation method, a statistical analysis method for data. With the cooperation of Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc., we are currently evaluating the cooling performance of the turbine building closed cooling water system of Hamaoka Unit 4 using HAPPS. In this presentation, an overview of HAPPS, an introduction of HAPPS application effects by demonstration data, and an example of Hamaoka Unit 4 evaluation results will be given.
