In the safety assessment of TRU waste disposal, it is necessary to evaluate the nuclide inventory (concentration and content) in the end-piece with high accuracy. In the present study, we quantitatively analyzed ultra-trace amounts of Cl-36 in end-pieces using accelerator mass spectrometry.
