Measurement and handling techniques for radiation regulation are important for the evaluation of radiation protection and developing the ability to quickly respond to nuclear disasters. Therefore, providing opportunities for universities to intensively learn basic knowledge and techniques will lead to an understanding of the social acceptance of nuclear and radiation regulations, and is an important program for developing human resources for nuclear regulations. However, currently it is impossible to provide a systematic educational program in one university and collaboration between universities is essential. We have established systematic educational program by supervising radiation measurement and radioactive mateiral handling training to promote radiation safety for understanding nuclear regulations and have been trying to develop human resources for nuclear regulation who have relevant practical skills. We will report on the results of the first year.
