Electrostatic attraction was used to control the proportion of lithium isotopes adsorbed on the primary side surface of the electrolyte membrane. We have demonstrated that it is possible to shorten the time required to achieve a high isotope enrichment rate using intermittent voltage applied electrodialysis.
