Keywords:Activation Imaging, GeGI5, PET-cyclotron

Using the portable gamma-ray imaging device "GeGI5," we conducted activation imaging of a PET-cyclotron. At the beam port, the target-unit and the Havar-foil for the beam window were removed step by step to quantify the type and radioactivity of radionuclides in each component. From the changes in the activation imaging results, it was estimated that at the end of the cyclotron operation, the target unit was activated at 110 mAg, 54Mn, mainly at 56Co (2.36 MBq), and the Havar-foil was activated at 58Co, mainly at 56Co (7.54 MBq). It was found that GeGI5 can not only visualize activation, but also evaluate radionuclides and their radioactivity simultaneously in a short time and non-destructively.
