To investigate the details of evolution process of Mn-Ni-Si precipitates in reactor pressure vessel (RPV) steels, a RPV model alloy, which has higher Mn-Ni-Si concentrations, were irradiated by 2.8 MeV Fe2+ ion irradiation at 573~698 K up to 0.9 dpa. Irradiation induced hardening and precipitate properties varied greatly with temperature.
