Regarding issues from a human factor perspective after the restart of operations, we considered that society's attention is increasingly focused on the characteristics of individual staff members who voluntarily enhance safety. The role of individual leaders as key persons driving these efforts is likely to be significant. Therefore, it seems that in the future, individual characteristics of leaders in line with the nuclear site should be clarified. Therefore, in this presentation, we have looked at the direction of solutions based on previous studies.
