[84] Analysis of Trends in Human Resources and Activity Characteristics of Area Management Organizations by Patterns of Employment

Under the hypothesis that the area management organizations implement the activities via finding necessary human resources with adjusting employment type or loaning the staffs from other organizations based on the shortage of finances resources, this study aims to clarify the trends in human resources and activity characteristics which would be changeable by the patterns of employments. According to the questionnaire survey of 36 organizations for 2 years, it had determined that there are five patterns of employments which have different human resources with different activity tendencies and area characteristics. And the main human resources related to the regular staffs and part-time job staffs are clarified and some matters related to the urban planning & design staffs are suggested.
