The purpose of this study is to evaluate the value of the multi-functionality of the greenway. This study conducted a questionnaire survey of residents in the GMS of Kohoku New Town in Tsuzuki-Ku, Yokohama. Compared the value of the multi-functionality of the greenway based on the residents' willingness to pay using the Contingent Valuation Method. The functions that the residents have high needs were "environmental control", "seasonal feeling", "evacuation site", and "living place of creatures". On the other hand, "Places of activity" such as recreation and "infection prevention" of COVID-19 were lower than other items. This study analyzed the relationship between the residents' attributes and the value with logistic regression analysis. "Age", "walking time to the greenway", and "frequency of use of the greenway" were related to the value of greenway.
