This research is to clarify the actual situation and problems of the use of the former site due to the facility development and reorganization of public elementary and junior high schools under the basic urban area revitalization plan. It was found that the site utilization business includes not only administrative facilities but also multi-use complex facilities such as commercial facilities jointly operated by the private sector, etc., and administratively operated facilities such as schools. It was clarified that it was related to the location of the site. A future task is to propose a concrete system that can contribute to the revitalization of the city center even if the location is not superior.
