[P-CTu12-01] A Silicon Thermo-optic Switch With Sub-10 mW Switching Power And Sub-10 μs Switching Time

We demonstrated a spiral silicon waveguide optical switch with optimized pulse driving. The switching power and the switching time are 8.73 mW and 5 μs separately.
