Venue
This meeting will be held in a hybrid format. Oral presentation can be given at the onsite venue or online. Poster session will be held at the onsite venue.
The oral presentations in regular sessions from Sept. 12 to 14 will beheld at lecture rooms of Building C3 in Shinshu University (Nagano Engineering Campus).
The poster session will be held at lecture rooms of Building E1 and E2 in Shinshu University (Nagano Engineering Campus) on Sept. 12.
Room 203 of Building C3 in Shinshu University (Nagano Engineering Campus) are used as lounge from Sept. 12 to 14.
The reception hours at Shinshu University (Nagano Engineering Campus) and the baggage storage hours at the cloakroom are as follows.
>September 12th (Tuesday) 8:00-18:00
>September 13th (Wednesday) 8:00-13:00

*If you leave your luggage at cloakroom in the Shinshu University (Nagano Engineering Campus), please be sure to pick it up by 1:00 p.m. After that, the door will be locked and you will not be able to pick up your luggage on the same day.

*For those applying for the Banquiet, reception starts from 17:30, and the reception is scheduled to start from 18:30.
*If your participation card has the label "Banquet" on it, you can enter the room without stopping at the reception desk when the door to the Banquet room opens.

Banquet will be held at Hotel Metropolitan Nagano "ASAMA" on Sept. 13.
The reception of Banquet will be started at 17:30.

Public bus
Nagaden Bus：From the East Gate of Nagano Train Station, take the 81 route "Arks Chuo" or "Big Hat" from Nagaden Bus Platform 21. Get off at "Shindai Kogakubu" bus station (180 yen for 5 minutes) and walk 2 minutes.
Alpico Bus: From the Zenko-ji Gate of Nagano Train Station, take the Alpico Bus "Bound for Otsuka Minami", "Bound for Matsuoka", and "Bound for Sun Marine" from platform 2. Get off at the "Shindai Kogakubu-mae" bus station (8 minutes, 180 yen) and walk 5 minutes.

*Since this meeting is supported by the Nagano Convention & Visitors Bureau, the participants are strongly encouraged to book their hotels in Nagano City.
Babysitting Service with Nursing Room
Babysitting service will be open in the venue (Nagano Engineering Campus). Please contact the secretariat (secre.dm@colloid.csj.jp) by August 18 (Fri), if you wish to use the service.

Lunch boxes, drinks, and snacks are sold at the 1st floor of Building C7.
