[Announcement of the Conference book]
You can download the conference book with abstract from the toppage of the online program. Download is available until the last day of the conference. After that, abstract will be removed from the online program.

Final program is now open. The access to the confrence program website (this page) is currently open to public, which will soon be limited to registered participants for the meeting.

[Announcement for the banquet ticket]
This is the annoucement that we now start accepting the entry for banquet.
Banquet is planned on August 3rd from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm, at RIHGA Royal Hotel Tokyo (10 minutes walk from the conference venue). The fee for the banquet ticket is 10,000 JPY. The entry for the banquet will be closed on July 31st.

Please see the following instructions:

# If you are a main participant and have already made a payment for the registration fee with first account, please create a new account using different ID and proceed with the payment for the banquet ticket. This is due to the constraints of the registration system, which the payment is accepted only once per one account. As for the new account, you do not need to answer all the questions is the "Profile" section, but fill in only the required field.

# If you are an accompanying person, please proceed with the payment for the banquet ticket using the existing (first) account. You do not need to create a new account.

Registration is also necessary for accompanying person!
If you are an accompanying person, and are not planning to join the banquet, please create your account or login your existing (first) account and proceed with the registration. You can now choose the "accompanying person without banquet ticket".

(overseas visitors) [Registration of accompanying person]
Currently, entry into Japan is partly allowed for business, and not allowed for sightseeing purposes except for group tours organized by travel agencies. As for ICCMR-15, we can support the VISA application for those attending the meeting.

Therefore, accompanying person is also required to register to the comference. For the control of the ERFS procedure, please answer each questions in the "profile". When you change your plan, please update them.

The participation fee for accompanying person is as follows:
Accompanying person without Banquet ticket: 0JPY
Accompanying person with Banquet ticket: 10000JPY
*Accompanying person can stay together at the conference venue, and can receive same venue services as regular participants.

Accompanying person without Banquet ticket do not need to proceed with the payment. For accompanying person with Banquet ticket, please proceed with the payment after we announce the application for the banquet at a later date.

To validate the ERFS Certificate, please stay at the hotel designated by the Organizing Committee during the Conference. The designated hotel is RIHGA Royal Hotel Tokyo. http://www.rihga.co.jp/tokyo.

If you are planning to visit Japan, please select one of the following options in the "Profile" section of the registration system.
I booked/reserve the designated hotel by myself.
I request hotel reservations through the Organizing Committee.

If you selected "I booked/reserve the designated hotel by myself," please make your own reservation through the official website of the RIHGA Royal Hotel Tokyo. After that, please update your accommodation plan in "Profile" for ERFS procedure management.

If you selected "I request hotel reservations through the Organizing Committee," please update your accommodation plan and wait for the confirmation e-mail from us. We will arrange your reservation at the following rates.

(overseas visitors) [ERFS for VISA application]
A visa is currently required to enter Japan. An ERFS certificate processed by the guarantor (Prof. Matsukata) and the guarantor organization (The Society of Chemical Engineers, Japan) is required for the visa application.
If you are planning to visit Japan, please answer from the "Profile" section of the registration system. Please select "I have a request (or already requested) for VISA application".
Organizing committee is now responding to the request for ERFS certificate. If you have already sent us your request and have not yet received ERFS certificate, please email us.

[Requests to participants from overseas]
As a border measure (as of June 7, 2022) to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW) requires that participants from overseas have a guarantor and a guarantee agency upon their entry into Japan. Currently, entry into Japan is not allowed for sightseeing purposes except for group tours organized by travel agencies.

1. the purpose of your entry into Japan is for a conference (business). If you plan to stay in Japan after the conference, please inform us of your schedule in Japan in advance. This is because the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare may inquire about your stay after the conference to your guarantor (SCEJ and Prof. Matsukata).

2. A visa is required to enter Japan. An ERFS certificate processed by the guarantor (Prof. Matsukata) and the guarantor organization (The Society of Chemical Engineers, Japan) is required for the visa application.

3. In order for the ERFS Certificate to be valid, please stay at the hotel designated by the Organizing Committee during the Conference.

[Conference Program]
Tentative program for oral presentation is now open. Program for poster presentation will open after the deadline of RRR (Recent research report) on June 24. For the convenience of participants both in onsite and online, we decided to start the meeting from the afternoon in Japan Standard Time.
