The conference banquet will be held at the Hotel Terrace the Garden Mito.

Fee: Regular JPY5000, Student JPY3000, Accompanying person JPY3000
Accompanying persons will be welcome. The number of your accompanying persons should be informed to IPRC2018 secretariat (E-mail: iprc2018.info@aesj.or.jp) in advance. The accompanying persons will pay at the banquet place, only in cash (Japanese Yen).

  The Hotel Terrace the Garden Mito is very close to Mito station (1min walk from the South exit). Mito station is 3 stops away from Tokai station, which is close to the conference place, the “iVil” Industry and Information Plaza (3 min. walk). Chartered buses will take the participants to the banquet place from the conference place, the “iVil,“ after the oral sessions of Oct. 25 (Thu.). Dinner will be served in buffet style; it covers Japanese foods, western foods, and others. Many kinds of drinks (beer, whiskey, wine, sake, soft drinks etc.) will be served in all-you-can-drink style.
