Technical Information for Oral Presentations
Oral sessions will be held in “the Multi-purpose Hall” on the 1st floor of the “iVil,“ Industry and Information Plaza. The time for each oral presentation is 25 minutes (20 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for discussion). Strict timekeeping will be essential to the smooth running of the conference. All oral presentations must be in English.
A projector and a laptop computer with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat reader will be available. Authors should bring their presentation data as Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe PDF format on a USB flash drive or their own computers which can be connected to projectors using a D-sub or HDMI connecter. Please bring your presentation data in advance before the start of the session for preparing your presentation. The committee staff will be available to assist the presenters.Information for Poster Presentation
A poster session will be held in “the conference room 101” on the 1st floor of the “iVil,“ Industry and Information Plaza in the evening (5:10pm-6:30pm) of October 24 (Wed.).The size of the poster board is 86 cm (width) x 200 cm (height). Recommended poster size is A0: 84 cm (width) x 119 cm (height). Place the title of your presentation at the top of your poster to allow the viewers to identify your presentation easily.
All posters should be on display before starting the poster session at 5:10pm. Pushpins will be provided to attach the posters to the poster board. To display your poster, please find the board marked with your presentation number. During the presentation time, it is required to stay in front of the poster and discuss with the audience. Please remove your materials from the poster board before 1 pm of Oct. 26 (Fri.).
