How to attend an online meeting
- We will use Cisco Webex Meetings for this meeting. For how to use Webex, please refer to the following page.
- The capacity of each room is 150 (excluding Room 2). If the number of participants exceeds the capacity, you cannot participate in the meeting, so please be sure to enter the room early.
For Presenters
- Presenters enters the meeting of the session to be presented from the "Timetable" on the menu of this page, displays the slide on the presenter's own PC, tablet, etc., and presents using the screen sharing function of Webex. For details on the presentation method, please see the presenter's manual below.
- If you do not participate within 5 minutes from the scheduled presentation time, the presentation will be canceled.
- Online meeting presentations are considered to be public transmissions under copyright law. Please note that the materials quoted in the presentation and the contents such as video and audio are limited to those that do not have copyright problems. See the content guidelines for online presentations below for more information.
For Audiences
- Audiences access the meeting for the session they wish to attend from "Timetable" on the menu of this page. Also, Questions and answers are done using Webex. Please see the audience's manual below for how to participate.
